SuperSpell Assessment Disk Printing Problems

Platform: Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows ME, Windows NT/4, Windows 2000, Windows XP Professional, Windows XP Home, Windows 2003 or later

You have problems printing from SuperSpell Assessment Disk.


The cause of the problem is that the printer driver is refusing to honour the request to print without showing the print dialog. The best solution is to disable all print preview settings in the Printer driver settings. If this doesn't work then switch to a Microsoft supplied printer driver as these drivers do not have this problem.

As the Assessment Disk is a full screen Direct X application it (and all other full screen direct X applications) has problems showing the print dialog. Depending on exactly which printer driver you are using, sometimes pressing <Enter> will start the print. If that doesn't work, you can also try pressing <Alt><TAB> which will sometimes pop the print dialog to the front.
